I started recording this album over Christmas 2022 with nothing in mind other than to make a new record - same as always - but as it moved back and forth between me and the other players (Mees Siderius, Elsa Van Der Linden and Jim Putnam), and finally to Ajay to mix, it had changed shape several times - the final version you can hear on this record is a distillation of a million ideas, brought into focus. It’s title comes from the Maya Deren film of the same name, which happened to be playing in the background when i was listening to the mixes.
Seven evolving chunks of psychedelic repeato krautjazz - out soon on LP/DL via Echodelick (US) We Here & Now (CA) and Worst Bassist (EU).
